Our tech (Jason, I think) was very detail oriented and knowledgeable. I asked if I could watch the well pump replacement procedure and was granted. In watching and asking questions I learned quite a bit. So for me, I got the benefit of a new pump, but I was educated. If one is relying on a well, one should know how it works is my thought.
Our tech also reset the pressure tank on a new pad and redid the messy array of unplanned piping and valves. Now I have a work of beauty in my yard where pipes run at true angles and level.
I asked to keep my old well pump that was still functional for future emergency purposes. Who knows if a new pump is available if this one ever goes out.
I also got a 5 year warranty- and that is also worth something- especially from a company that appears to be there tomorrow.

we got our well installed a little over a year and a half ago and they did amazing work! super timely they got in all done in one day. super informative and helped me through understanding the permit process basically took care of everything for me which was super helpful. really fair pricing. we did this one for a new build while the house was being built and it held pressure the entire time without power to it. they really did an amazing job would highly recommend. we are super happy with the work that was done
