A&B Well Drilling & Pump Service did an excellent job on my well service call. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. The technician clearly explained the work and made sure everything was operating properly before leaving. I highly recommend them for dependable well and pump service.
We had a very positive experience. I just so happened to meet one of there brothers at hughes supply and he recommended A&B. They came out same day made sure we had water and came back in the morning to replace the failing pump. The quality of the work appears to be top notch. The technician was professional and genuinely seemed to care. I will be using them in the future for any well related needs.
This review may be lengthy but it needs to be to properly review this company. A&B installed my well back in November of last year (2025). In May of this year (2026) I had an issue where for 2 days I had tea colored water in my system, but it only stayed around for 2 days then went back to crystal clear.
I called and spoke with Brock about the tea colored water and he explained that it could be tannins and a tannins filter may be needed. He suggested I keep an eye on it and let him know if it returned. A few weeks later it came back but only appeared in the toilet for one flush. Again, I called and spoke with Brock about the situation. He again explained it could be tannins but he didn't want to sell me a filter right away as that might not be the problem. To me that showed honesty and integrity on Brock's part as he could have easily pushed the tannins filter which by the way isn't cheap.
A couple weeks passed with no issues, then all of a sudden on a Friday morning at 530am I stopped getting water from the well. Although it was early in the morning I called A&B and they promptly answered the phone and advised they would get someone out to investigate the situation.
An hour or so later Brock arrived. He inspected the well and advised that I had a well failure. He explained that a new well would have to be drilled, my newly purchased water softener would have to be replaced, and the pipes inside the entire house would have to be flushed. He explained that well failures are rare but happen from time to time, however, the company would take full responsibility and make things right.
Within an hour or two he had a 1800 gallon water truck at my house so I could have access to water. His drillers arrived a short time later and drilled the new well. Brock returned a couple days later and replaced the water softener as he promised. We now have our crystal clear water back.
I cannot say enough good things about Brock and A&B as a company. Their honesty and integrity are unmatched in this day and age. They stand behind their work and they can be trusted to drill your well and give you honest input on what filters may or may not be needed for your system. Brock is very knowledgeable in this area.
If you are looking for well drilling, filters, or plumbing work (Barr's plumbing), this is the company. Look no further then these guys if you want an honest company who stands behind their work and you want a piece of mind.
5 stars for A&B Well Drilling & Pump Services! Our water kept cutting out randomly, but they showed up, figured out what was wrong immediately, and swapped out the broken pieces super fast. Everything is working like new again. If you need well or pump work done right, call these folks!
Our well pump was randomly losing power. I thought we had corroded contacts and called them out for cleaning and maintenance. The guy saw what I did to get it to kick on and *immediately* told me it wasn't contacts, opened the switch cover, and exposed a *very obvoius* short (wire was glowing hot!). Had us up and running quickly and undoubtedly saved us *thousands* of dollars to replace the pump. Absolutely recommend!
Kevin was fantastic! He quickly diagnosed our issue as a waterlogged pressure tank and a blown capacitor, explained everything clearly, and had it repaired in no time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. We're very happy with the service and highly recommend this company. Glad to have our water back!

Absolutely loved the entire experience and service from this company!!! My well went out completely and we had zero water. Called these guy's and Brock with his team had me on the schedule and up and running with a whole new system within a few days. Overall the customer service, labor, and pricing were amazing.
