I did. not have any water in my house. I was afraid it was the pump. they came the day I called. they were honest and it was a simple fix. very affordable and friendly. if I ever need service again, I will definitely call A&,B.
Our well went out at 12 on a Thursday, the first people I called had just a message saying we will do no emergency well service and no service till next week ????
So wanting to use someone local still I called A & B well drilling and pump service. The receptionist answered immediately and had my service set up for that day with a technician, and said if there is a problem she will call me back personally. The technician called back within 15 min and was on his way. Brock Spradley came out and took care of everything. He treated my whole family like we were the only ones that mattered at that time and assured us we would be taken care of. We were ! By 4 we had water . I have an older parent and he treated him like gold, he was professional and kind .

By far the best customer service ! Very polite and professional we called on a Sunday with no water ! They showed up within an hour had reasonable rates . They found several issues and we had water in a few hours . The best part was they didn't have an attitude even though it was a Sunday. This was the best customer service I've ever experienced
One of the best 24 hour well, and plumbing companies around. Their equipment is top notch and they are always on time. Very experienced, and respectful staff. The managers are exceptional, and the ladies in the office are awesome too (Nicole). They stand by their work, and their products. A very well run company, and staff. Had a problem with our well. Called A&B and Kaleb was out the next morning. Fixed our problem quickly and provided tips to help maintain. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Good price. Will definitely call again.

We had A&B Well, come out to look at an old well on the property we just purchased. Don made sure we could use it and he installed a new well pump and pressure tank, while explaining and recommending a few items that we may need and/or want for future use. Don was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant, we will be using A&B when we decide to build our house and for any future needs. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing well service.

We arrived at our property in Ft. White and discovered a problem with our pressure from the pump. We left a message with Barrs Plumbing and received a call back at 8am. The person that I spoke with was so professional and helpful in dealing with my issue. She provided me with the contact for A&B who I called next.
The next person that I spoke with was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my issue. She got me right on the schedule and within an hour the truck was pulling in.
My service tech from A&B was Caleb. Caleb was awesome from start to finish. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and how the pump and well functioned. Without a doubt, Caleb is well versed in what he does and it definitely showed.
Each person that helped absolutely defined the brand of what these two companies stand for. Professional, honest, and most importantly integrity. These The only ones to call for well, pump, or plumbing issues.
